Advanced Money Tracker is transparent about what data we collect and why. This page explains our data practices in plain language.
What Data We Collect
We collect the minimum data needed to operate the service. Here is exactly what we collect, why, and how it is handled:

What We Do NOT Collect
- Your full name (not required)
- Phone number
- Bank account details
- Aadhaar or PAN number
- Location data
- Contacts or SMS messages
- Photos or media files
Who We Share Data With
- Google Firebase — to store and sync your data (authentication, database, hosting)
- Razorpay — only when you make a purchase (they handle payment processing; we never see your card details)
- No one else — we do not sell or share your data with advertisers or third parties
Data Security
- All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3
- Data is stored on Google Firebase servers (SOC 2 certified)
- Data is encrypted at rest using AES-256
- We use Firebase Authentication for secure login
- Access is restricted to authenticated users only via Firestore Security Rules
- Regular security audits are performed on our infrastructure
Your Control Over Data
- Export all your data from the app at any time (Settings → Export)
- Delete your account and all data from Settings → Account → Delete Account
- All data is permanently deleted within 30 days of account deletion
- Backup copies are purged within 60 days
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days. Backup copies are purged within 60 days. You can also request early deletion by emailing privacy@advancedmoneytracker.com.
Children's Privacy
Advanced Money Tracker is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Data Safety page from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
