1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Advanced Money Tracker ("we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Advanced Money Tracker is a web-based financial management tool that helps users track transactions, manage budgets, set financial goals, and monitor loans. The service is provided via our web application (app.advancedmoneytracker.com) and native Android app.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any changes to your information
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Shared Workspace Responsibility

Advanced Money Tracker lets you create or join shared "Workspaces" with other users (for example, with family or household members). By inviting someone to a workspace, or accepting an invitation yourself, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are responsible for choosing who you invite, and for the financial data (transactions, budgets, goals, loans, and edit history) that becomes visible to them as a result
• Other members of a workspace can see an Activity History log of changes made within it, including who made them and what values changed
• We are not responsible for disputes between workspace members over shared financial data or access

5. SMS-Based Auto-Detection

The Android app offers an optional feature that reads incoming SMS messages to automatically suggest or create transaction entries from bank and payment notifications.

• Auto-detected transactions may occasionally be inaccurate — for example, a mis-parsed amount, category, or merchant name
• You are responsible for reviewing and correcting auto-detected transactions
• Advanced Money Tracker is not a substitute for your official bank or card statements, and we are not liable for financial decisions made based on inaccurate auto-detected data

6. Subscription, Billing & Cancellation

Advanced Money Tracker offers optional paid subscription tiers with additional features.

• Subscriptions purchased through the Android app are billed and auto-renewed via Google Play Billing; subscriptions purchased on the web are billed via Razorpay
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You can cancel or manage your subscription at any time through the platform you subscribed on (e.g., your Google Play account's subscriptions page, not within the app itself)
• Refunds are governed by the refund policy of the platform you purchased through (Google Play or Apple App Store policy for mobile purchases); we do not independently process refunds for platform purchases
• Switching between subscription tiers (e.g., upgrading or downgrading) takes effect according to the purchasing platform's standard proration rules, and any remaining balance on your prior plan is not separately refunded by us

7. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Interfere with the proper operation of the service
• Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile the application
• Use the service to store or transmit defamatory, obscene, or offensive content

8. Intellectual Property

The Advanced Money Tracker application, including its design, code, graphics, logos, and all content, is the intellectual property of the developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our service without prior written permission.

You retain ownership of all data you input into the service. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to use your data solely to provide our services to you.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

10. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE; (II) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SERVERS; (III) ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM THE SERVICE.

11. Financial Advice Disclaimer

Advanced Money Tracker is a financial tracking tool, not a financial advisor. The information provided through our service is for informational purposes only and should not be construed as financial, investment, or legal advice. Always consult with qualified professionals before making financial decisions.

12. Data Backup

While we use industry-standard practices to protect your data, you are responsible for maintaining backups of your important financial data. We are not responsible for any loss of data due to technical failures or user error.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the service after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
